On May 9, 2024 a meeting of students with a representative of the National Patrol Police in Chernivtsi region was held in the assembly hall of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE. The educational and career guidance event was held by Major Ihor Pastukh, Head of the Public Relations Department of the National Patrol Police in Chernivtsi Region. The meeting was also attended by Iryna Losheniuk, Deputy Director for Educational and Pedagogical Work, Organization and Support of the Educational Process, and Iryna Mustetsa, Head of the Educational Department.

On May 1, 2024, Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE hosted the Student Scientific Conference in the foreign languages «Development of the Ukrainian Economy: Challenges, Problems and Prospects». On May 1, 2024, a roundtable discussion «Vision: The Future of Hospitality and Tourism Services in the Western Ukraine» was held at Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE.
On April 29, 2024 the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics of the State University of Trade and Economics held a lecture-presentation «Chernobyl Tragedy Remembrance Day» for 1st-year students, dedicated to the 38th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster. It was organized by Vadym Orekhovskyi, Professor of the Department of Food Technologies, Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Services. The event was attended by Iryna Mustetsa, the Head of the Educational Department.
